  • Albany Airport
  • As the major air center for the Capital Region, Northeastern New York and Western New England, the Albany International Airport offers a wide-range of facilities and services. A recently completed multi-million dollar capital redevelopment project included a new 230,000 square foot terminal, parking garage, Air Traffic Control Tower, and cargo facility. The airport has also embarked on a five-year $232 million Capital Plan to improve and maintain safety and to meet the needs of air travelers and air carriers well into the 21st Century.

  • Colonie Center is a shopping mall located in Colonie, New York at the intersection of Central Avenue, Wolf Road, and Interstate 87. Opening in 1966, it was the first enclosed shopping mall in New York State's Capital Region, and has successfully updated its tenant mix, image, and look on an ongoing basis to keep up with the times. The two-story mall has an area of about 1.25 million square feet and contains approximately 120 stores as well as a food court.
  • Town of Colonie Golf Course
  • This public facility offers three nine hole courses that are played in three eighteen hole combinations. The Red/White combination has the most water hazards, with six coming into play on nine holes. This combination can be lethal considering all the dogleg fairways and hazards. The Blue Course has one water hazard on hole #8, a 165-yard, par 3. As a general rule, the other holes require straight shots to well-bunkered greens. You may only play nine holes if you wish, but you'll still have to pay the eighteen hole green fee.
