Traditional Builders has been building quality homes and neighborhoods since 1963. The Traditional Builders team started in 1963 and has been developing subdivisions, building homes, apartment projects and townhomes throughout the tri-city area with two things in mind... building a quality home and taking care of our customer to insure that building with us is an enjoyable experience.
